Message Types: Service inquiry follow-ups, appointment confirmations, project status updates, and pricing information.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project status. You will typically receive no more than a few messages per inquiry.

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Cloak Wraps by submitting the contact or quote request form at cloakwraps.com and checking the SMS consent box. By doing so, you expressly consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.

3. Instagram Data & API
Cloak Wraps utilizes the Instagram Basic Display API to showcase our portfolio on this website. By interacting with our social media features, you acknowledge the following:
- Data Access: We access publicly available information allowed by the API, such as media URLs, captions, and permalinks from the @cloakwraps account.
- User Data: We do not fetch, store, or process private user data of visitors who view our Instagram feed on this site.
- Caching: Media images may be temporarily cached to improve website performance.

We retain your project information only as long as necessary to fulfill your service requests and for warranty tracking purposes.
